“We couldn’t recommend Daryl enough as a wedding DJ - he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. In the lead-up to the day, he made everything so easy with video calls to go through all the details, plus his client portal where we could add our song choices, timings, and any little notes for the day. It took all the stress out of planning the music and gave us real peace of mind.

On the wedding day itself, Daryl was everything you’d want in a DJ - down to earth, friendly, funny, and so professional. He seamlessly mixed tunes all night and kept the dance floor going - I honestly didn’t want to leave because every song was so good! He even played our special last-last song at the end of the night, which had such sentimental meaning to us, and it was the perfect way to finish the evening.

All of our guests loved him, and he got on brilliantly with the other suppliers too, which made everything flow so smoothly. One of the standout moments for us was how he helped Chris feel at ease before his speech - he was really nervous, but Daryl’s calm, reassuring nature made such a difference.

“Wow what can I say, Daryl is THE BEST DJ ever! That is no understatement, from our first meeting Daryl’s enthusiasm was just epic and exactly what we wanted for our day! We wanted our wedding to just be fun for everyone and Daryl definitely made sure that happened. Daryl was our master of ceremonies and DJ all day, he didn’t miss a beat- everything ran smoothly and everyone loved him! He put together some tracks I had asked for, for our fun father daughter dance and smashed it! We are so grateful for Daryl, our day was perfect and a big part of that was down to Daryl!!! A 5 star review? Its just not enough to even begin to say how amazing Daryl at Sweet Vibe Events is!!

We initially had a different DJ booked for our wedding but after coming across Daryl on social media and seeing several clips of other wedding events he had DJ’d for we just knew we had to have him for our wedding too! We booked Daryl from our wedding breakfast right through to the evening party.

Daryls energy and BIG personality made our day complete and we honestly couldn’t of asked for more. Our family and friends thought we personally knew Daryl because of how socialable and great he was with us and our guests! He wasn’t just our DJ he was part of our family for the day.

The music and vibes were incredible throughout, from Acoustic music at our sit down meal to Drum and Bass later on in the evening. Daryl did not disappoint 😍. Our guests LOVED IT! Even our parents were on the dance floor till late ( even later than us lol )

We still talk about our day and so do our friends and family, were even talking about booking a venue for our 1 year anniversary and having Daryl back 😂.

Sweet Vibe Events was a wonderful addition to our wedding - even if I think it was a notoriously difficult variety of people to please.

I booked Daryl via Villiers recommended suppliers and he comes with boundless energy and a real love for what he does. He is charismatic, approachable and full of passion and joy. He is a true hype man and really does, authentically want the best out of his weddings.

Daryl was smart, professional and it seems our guests got into the habit of referring to him as ‘The magic man’.

Sweet Vibes pre-wedding consultation was energetic, thorough and made me feel at ease. Daryl travelled to me to discuss and have tea and also was happy to accommodate unusual song requests via Spotify share which meant I could have a dinner playlist I wanted.

Sweet Vibes does have a portal which I personally should have utilised more as it it designed to make choices for music ect much easier and cohesive.

I especially loved the DJ booth setup and Sweet Vibes does have a few options to choose from making them well suited to a variety of aesthetics which a lot of other suppliers aren’t able to accommodate.

We also utilised the 360 booth which is an addendum service by Sweet Vibes and it was such a hit. Run by Daryl’s sweet, supportive and fun wife, the guests adored it and it made for a solid talking point for the evening!
