There's so much talk at the moment of doing your own thing, being you, stepping into your power etc. How much of you, sometimes wants to take a quiet step back and follow for a while? When we follow, we learn, progress and multiply thoughts. It gives us time, freedom of space within our minds to open to new possibilities. Isn't this the time to lead yourself?

Large or small, the things that cause angst are those that can sometimes heal us. Reach deep within yourself and have a look, analysis is hard but it is worth it. Be you, be gentle and just try 💜

We are in unprecedented times when incrimination is around the corner for many. They never quite know what they will be accused of next. A world full of narcissists? Or a world full of people just trying to get on and manage with the resources they have?

Protection creates projection. When we project on to others it is often done to create freedom of mind, to alleviate ourselves of any wrong doing. Like a guilty pleasure, a one size fits all

Incrimination, what a deceitful yet projective word. One of weight and tolerance, evenness and unjustness. Social media brings about incrimination, its is felt within and without. How do you cope when the world feels unjust?

How trained is your mind? How in the moment, present are you? It can be the myriad of thoughts that tie us over from one day to the next, in survival mode. Take a little time and concentrate on the wild thoughts, let them be, learn to be OK with recognising what's going on. While it may not feel comfortable, it is you and your mind at that present moment. The more your feel into the mind, allow the thoughts, the more chance they have of being accepted, of being recognised and slowly, surely they will settle . . . . just a little and sometimes small steps create big change . . . . Try it, what have you to lose?
