Mt Malcolm Mines NL (ASX: M2M) is raising the lid on gold potential at its 235km² Malcolm Project in Western Australia’s Goldfields — offering shareholders a value-focused opportunity to support the next phase of growth.

The company is raising up to A$2.3M through a partially underwritten, renounceable rights issue to fund exploration, resource development, and early-stage production.

• Offer at a ~30% discount with free three-year attaching options (3c exercise)
• Mahe Capital underwriting $1M; MD Trevor Dixon taking up full entitlement
• Funds to advance the initial JORC (2012) resource, drilling at Golden Crown, and development studies
• Bulk sampling at Golden Crown recently generated ~A$1.4M in doré sales

Located east of Leonora on the Keith-Kilkenny Tectonic Zone, the project is surrounded by major gold operations and continues to show district-scale potential.

Dixon says the raising gives shareholders a strong opportunity to back the company’s transition from explorer to producer.

Mt Malcolm Mines NL (ASX: M2M) is advancing exploration success at its 235km² Malcolm Project in Western Australia’s Goldfields, with strong new results from the Picnic South prospect and continued progress toward an initial JORC resource.

• Drilling confirmed a 700m mineralised corridor south of the historical Picnic workings
• Best results include 1m @ 4.47g/t gold from 87m and 5m @ 1.11g/t from 18m
• Appointment of Dr Spero Carras to lead technical evaluation and resource estimation
• Bulk sampling at Golden Crown generated ~A$1.4M in doré sales this year
• High-grade rock chips up to 458.39g/t gold highlight further discovery potential

Managing Director Trevor Dixon says the latest drilling validates Mt Malcolm’s exploration model and supports the company’s plan to define multiple standalone gold operations across the project.

With record gold prices, proven local expertise, and strong momentum across its brownfields targets, Mt Malcolm Mines is well positioned to unlock the modern potential of a historic goldfield.
