I saw white hair in my kpekus

If you’re not even 30 yet and you’re already spotting white hair, my dear, come closer… let’s talk.

One thing that can cause it is stress. Yes, stress can make your hair lose its color.

When you’re stressed, your body releases certain hormones. These things travel to the roots of your hair and disturb the cells that give your hair its black color. Once those cells are disturbed, the hair that grows out might not be black anymore—it can turn white or gray.

Sometimes, the gray hair you see today is from stress you had months ago. Some people even tried resting more, and in a few cases, the color came back. In others… nothing changed.

So please, don’t just be eating and hoping to hide the white hair—rest!

Exercise.

Eat good food.

Accept what you can’t change.

Talk about what’s worrying you—don’t keep everything inside.

Me, as I’m typing this, I think this advice is for me too… because I just saw white hair in my kpekus 😂!

Rumour has it a certain “doctor” was recently arrested in my area for a pregnancy s¢am.

The gist?
When the see women that are having difficulty conceiving, they will claim they can help them.

They promise fast pregnancy.

Give injections to make you gain weight, change colour, or stop your period so you think you’re pregnant.

Insist only their scan can see the “baby.” They will tell you it's a case of cryptic pregnancy.

After 9 months, they bring an arranged baby from somewhere else and collect huge money.

⚠️ This is NOT cryptic pregnancy. In real cryptic pregnancy, you are pregnant but it’s hard to detect. In this scam, there’s no pregnancy at all.

Please, if you’re having trouble conceiving, go to a good, licensed health clinic. Don’t let anyone play with your hope.
