Spent the day exploring the flavors of Istanbul, starting at Koska on Istiklal Avenue — home to some of the freshest, most authentic Turkish delights in the city. You can taste before you buy, and trust me, it’s worth it — £25 per kilo for pure perfection!
Ended the day in Fatih at Son Osmanlı, one of the best Turkish restaurants I’ve visited — their signature mix grill, cold baklava soaked in milk, and cocktails were absolutely divine. A beautiful atmosphere, impeccable service, and flavors that capture the heart of Turkey.

If you’re planning a trip to Istanbul, add both spots to your list — your taste buds will thank you!
