Volunteer Broadcast Audio Engineer Wanted

Care Waves Radio is looking for a local Broadcast Audio Engineer to volunteer their skills and help us with a studio project.

We’re looking for someone with experience in broadcast audio, including studio mixers, compressors, audio routing and outputs to multiple systems.

Based in Grimsby, the role will involve helping us with studio wiring, replacing equipment and advising on the purchase and installation of new equipment.

Care Waves Radio broadcasts to Grimsby, Hull Royal and Castle Hill hospitals, as well as to listeners across the region through Alexa and our website.

If you have the experience and would like to help a local charity, we’d love to hear from you.

A massive thankyou to everybody who came along to our drag bingo event on Friday evening, we hope you all had an enjoyable evening.

A big big big thankyou to Tallulah La' Suave for being our fantastic drag queen.

A big thankyou to the Grimsby Town Hall, for allowing us to host this wonderful event and Steven from PAL's for supplying the bar.
