Massive privilege and very humbling moments listening to Youngs Man’s feelings about LIFE.

I have been delivering my LIFE knowledge to Year 6 young Man as they take on the what can be, a nerve racking journey to secondary school, Myself and my good friend Matt Homan hopefully making an impact. “I know we made an impact” 👌🏻

This transition program me and Matt have been delivering, has given insight into online safety and a how males are allowed to have emotions and healthily speak about feelings, emotions and more.

Last week I worked along side the inspiration that is of LivedXP - creating social media content for his growing exciting business. We both also created social media content, short form video and podcasts for clients that Matt works with. Great positive week and much more to come.

Here Angie Stirland of working Olympic Athletes & Louie Hinchcliffe at Angie’s life changing studio in Guisborough.

“How is it life changing” - that’s a BIG statement, I should try and describe it BIGGER than life changing, I have seen the results personally and seen countless case studies of people from Athletes to professional footballers to dancers and so many people that need to change their health… Angie’s movement technique works for ANY-“BODY” !!

One market I know The Stirland Approach would sit in seamlessly would be Staff sickness in the workplace. Watching people that have had the Life Changing results, Angie’s approach does and will help them people.
