I love this time of year when I can stay at home with heating up big jumpers and fluffy socks on, it’s like I’m recharging however ….. Summer bodies are built in the winter! Take this as your sign to stop hiding under oversized jumpers — they won’t do the work for you. Show up for your future self, even on the cold days, stick to plan drink that water you will be glad you did in the spring time!

Ok I’ve said it, 6 weeks to Christmas if I stick to plan I can be a dress size down for the big day !
