On Tuesday, August 5th, N25 Caviar will host an exclusive 6 hands dinner that transcends borders, uniting our 2 michelin-starred ambassadors from and twins .toffolon and@daminiksato from@thejapaneseatchedi
at Da Terra.

The evening begins with a caviar masterclass led by our founder, , offering a rare insight into the philosophy and artistry behind . Following this, the chefs will explore the synergy between Japanese precision, Swiss tradition, and a global creativity shaped by Brazilian and Italian roots — all elevated by the nuanced complexity of N25’s caviar in a refined tasting menu.

Limited seats, this rare collaboration invites guests to partake in a memorable summer culinary journey with the food menu at £250.

At Il Pievano, Chef cuisine is deeply personal. A perfect example of this is the Dolce di Vittoria, dedicated to his newborn daughter. This playful, multi-part dessert features Plasmon biscuit gelato, with familiar childhood elements flavoured with milk, honey, and dulce de leche. The dish is served with a ‘baby’ biscuit inscribed with Vittoria’s name.

With extensive experience in top-tier dining, Michalis brings a global perspective grounded in Greek terroir. At Makris, his pairings highlight micro-producers and overlooked regions, from herbal Plyto and sun-dried Aposperitis to volcanic wines from Lanzarote. Always intentional, never expected.

Stefano Rizzi – Restaurant Manager & Head Sommelier,
Originally from Veneto, Stefano brings refined expertise from some of Europe’s most respected dining rooms. At Locale in Florence, he leads with care and precision, overseeing the historic cellar and crafting an elegant guest experience beneath the restaurant’s 13th-century arches.

Elisabetta Urgelli – Head Sommelier,
Inspired to become a sommelier by her appreciation for the small detail of sniffing a cork, Elisabetta curates the wine pairings at Il Pievano with sensitivity and an eye for detail. Choosing from an 800-label wine list—including many Chianti varieties from the surrounding region—she brings a sense of playfulness to each pairing, complementing Chef Antonio Iacoviello’s unexpected flavour combinations.

Simone Cutugno – Head Sommelier,
At Duomo in Ragusa Ibla, Simone curates a list deeply tied to Sicilian terroir. Over half the bottles hail from the island, and his colour-coded cellar system reveals each wine’s evolution. A precise, expressive approach from one of Italy’s most thoughtful sommeliers.

We’re proud to present the N25 Caviar x Maison Dali terrace takeover at the Japanese Pagoda in Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen.

Take in garden views while enjoying caviar-led snacks and bespoke drinks from a terrace menu crafted by , before diving deeper into the full tasting experience.
