No matter what the weather, cold, rain, shine, warm, a bit warm, slightly warm, extreme.

My bike and me with a journey to tell.

It starts with a journey. Into a photo, into a refined version....

If it gets past that stage, into a colouring book.

This one started as a photograph during a bike ride through Hampshire.

The second image is the version I eventually kept after simplifying the scene and removing a few distractions.

It's often the places you cruise past that end up becoming your favourite photographs.

Have you ever taken a photo that didn't seem special at the time, but later became one of your favourites?

One of those rides where you end up stopping more than cycling .Would you sit here for ten minutes or an hour?

Early stages. We all like seeing a GREEN positive with content.

GREEN means progress and not a RED.

6,000% means I just need to level it out but keep up my photo/ images/ reels comtent going.

Most of my photos start the same way.

A quiet bike ride through Hampshire, a place that catches my eye, and a quick photo before moving on.

This reel shows a little of that process, from the original scene through to the finished image.

What usually makes you stop and take a photo when you're out walking or cycling?

A lot of people only ever see the finished image.

The interesting part is everything that happens beforehand.

This building is tucked out the way.

This was a try-and-test for my colouring book 1 that has been published, it didn't make the cut.

Which stage do you find most interesting?

1 - Original photo

2 - Clean Colour version

3 - Black and White version

I think they were more interested in me than I was in them.

Worth stopping for a minute.

Sun in my eyes, thought i'd do a silly panoramic selfie.

There won't be many videos of me on my page you'll be pleased to know! ha!

On my travels getting new photos.

No idea what I was doing really other than making a video appreciating my surroundings of Hampshire countryside.

Do you get out and about. to absorb the area around you?

Happy Friday to you all!

One of the things I've enjoyed most about creating Composite Colour is seeing how different scenes translate into line art.

Some work brilliantly.

Others don't work at all.

Do you prefer seeing the original scene or the black-and-white version?
