Cold Weather Warning for Your Jungle! 🌱❄️

As the chill is starting to set in and the days are getting shorter, your houseplants need a little extra love to stay happy and healthy through the winter months. 🍂

Here’s your Oh Shoot! Winter Plant Care Checklist:

🎃 Move plants away from radiators and draughts

🎃 Reduce watering as growth slows, soil takes longer to dry out in winter months

🎃 Monitor temperature and humidity, avoid fluctuations

🎃 Stop repotting soon (and let them rest!)

🎃 Move plants into brighter spots as the sun’s power weakens

🎃 Dust leaves regularly so they can soak up as much light as possible

🎃 Cut back on fertiliser until spring growth kicks in

🎃 Group humidity loving plants together or use pebble trays to combat dry air

🎃 Keep an eye out for pests, they love warm, cosy homes as much as we do!

🎃 It’s nearly time to repot your carnivorous plants!

A few small tweaks now will keep your leafy pals thriving all season long 🌿
