👒Hats and Suncream ready for the weekend 😎

Do you wear hats in summer? I’ve found my hair is more susceptible to heat damage now it’s so white, it can quickly turn yellow if I don’t protect it.

As for sunscreen, if only I’d worn it when I was younger but it’s never too late to start!

I’m currently using Capital Soleil SPF50 every day and SPF100 Actinic control cream on my chest as I got badly sunburnt in my twenties. ☹️

I’m so excited to be joining the Rebellious Essence Ibiza retreat in September.
There’s retreats… and then there’s the Essence retreat. Luxury at the highest level but it’s a serious business. A week dedicated to real transformations from the inside out.
