During my 40’s I thought that having confidence meant never doubting myself.
Now I’m in my 50’s I know it’s the opposite — it’s showing up anyway.
Being in my 50’s has taught me that strength doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it’s quiet, steady, and completely at ease in its own skin.
No filters. No pretending. My life is messy sometimes, I still don’t have it all figured out. But I have given myself permission to be fully, unapologetically me.
✨Here’s your reminder: you don’t need to become someone new to be confident — you just need to come home to yourself. That’s what I’m loving about this stage of life.
What are you loving about your stage of life?
