I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to summer, especially as Mark and I haven’t been away yet. The count down to our Vegas road trip in October has begun! 🚘

But September always feels like a fresh starts, new month, new portfolio shots, new energy.

I've spoken to so many women this summer that really struggle at this time of year when it comes to holidays and wearing swimwear at the beach.

In a recent body confidence survey conducted by Rachel with over 200 women aged 40+, When asked to rate their body confidence on a scale of 1 to 10 , 68% scored themselves 5 or below Alarmingly, 24% reported that low body confidence significantly affected their daily lives, and 5% said it had such a huge impact that it prevented them from taking part in everyday activities like going to the beach, swimming, or exercising in public.

We'll be finding out how to choose the best swimwear for your body shape and sharing tips on how to feel more confident at the beach this summer.

Sarah shares some fabulous tips and whilst we might be drawing close to the end of Summer now is a great time to invest in the sales for your next holiday!

✨Self Love September

I pushed myself back to the gym this morning — not because I’m chasing a smaller body or trying to “fix” anything, but because I want to feel strong, capable, and confident in my body. If I’m honest I’ve been neglecting it over the last few months, which has impacted my sleep and general wellbeing.

I’m not dressed in all the fancy gear,
( I can’t find a thing with our house move 🤣 ) but that really doesn’t matter!

Confidence doesn’t magically appear when you hit a goal, weight or fit into a smaller size. You build it by the choices you make— showing up, moving your body in ways that feel good, and realising you don’t have to wait for “perfect” to start.

I’m not going to the gym to change who I am, I’m going to celebrate who I already am. 🎉

That shift in perspective? That’s real body confidence.

Mood of the morning!

This month has been full on, my daughter’s beautiful wedding, mum falling and breaking her hip and finally our house move.

Not going to lie, It’s been a LOT to manage emotionally and and I are definitely in need of a relaxing holiday. Our plans to downsize and pay off the mortgage have finally happened so it’s been worth the stress 😀

Now I really need to stop and spend some time unpacking as I can’t find a thing! Otherwise I may be spending the next few days like this 🤣
