It’s coming back!
I’m excited to restart the podcast back in 2026. After taking a break I’ve missed these conversations and I have a brilliant line up with some of my favourite women joining me.

Is there anyone you’d like me to interview, tag them below and let’s see if I can make it happen! ❤️

There’s still time to catch up on the 146 episodes - available on all podcast platforms.

If I’m asking women to own who they are, I have to live it first.

Every decision behind Liberté-Free to Be starts with one question:
Does this honour the woman I’ve become — and the women I’m designing for?

This stage of life isn’t a retreat.
It’s a reclaiming.

Over the last 10 years I’ve spent so much time talking to women who are ready to stop dimming themselves just because the world tells them they’ve “aged out” of visibility.

I refuse that narrative.
And Liberté refuses it too.

This brand exists to champion women with confidence, quality, and swimwear that will reflect our liberation — not our limitations.

It’s taken me four years to take this leap of faith in myself and my vision, I’m learning new skills as I go. Today I immersed myself on a brand building day with Creativsas who has always believed I’d get there.

If we’re going to change the conversation, we have to be ready to lead it.
I’m here for that.
And we’re just getting started.

Keep being fabulous

Introducing my little feather…

You’ll spot it sitting quietly above the “e” in Liberté — a tiny symbol with so much heart behind it.

For me, the feather is all about lightness, freedom, and finding the courage to step into who we really are. It’s that feeling of taking a deep breath, letting go, and allowing yourself to show up fully… wrinkles, wisdom, wonder and all.

Free to Be isn’t about perfection — it’s about ease, honesty and living life in a way that feels true to you. And this small feather captures all of that.

You’ll start to see this little feather woven through all of my designs — a gentle thread running through everything Liberté – Free to Be stands for.

Showing up as the women we are, not the women we’re told to be.

More from the archives.

Series 7, Ep.139 with dating expert Kate Taylor, an award winning dating coach, s*x expert and author.

Kate joined me for an open, honest conversation — including those so-called “taboo” topics around love, s*x, and dating in midlife.

We talk about why so many over-50s feel more confident than ever, our own online dating success stories, and Kate’s brilliant advice on dating through menopause, starting over, and reigniting long-term relationships.

Counting down to the brand-new series launching in January — a reminder of the candid, uplifting conversations still to come.

Meet the invaluable team that’s helping bring Liberté swimwear to life.

None of this would be happening without the years of experience and knowledge from Emmaline Lingerie and the amazing pattern cutter Nina. What these two ladies don’t know about the swimwear industry isn’t worth knowing!

Starting any new business can feel a little scary but you just need to ask for help.

Fun facts about swimwear you might not know!

✨Swimsuits used to weigh up to 20 pounds! In the early 1900s, women wore wool bathing dresses that soaked up water like a sponge. Swimming was basically resistance training before it was trendy.

✨In the 1920s, women were actually arrested for showing too much skin. Beach police carried tape measures to ensure swimsuits weren’t “too short.” Imagine being fined for a visible kneecap!

✨The first “modern” swimsuit was inspired by a ballerina. Annette Kellerman, an Australian swimmer and performer, wore a fitted one-piece in 1907 to promote freedom of movement — and was arrested for it. A true early “Free to Be” rebel.

✨ Swimsuits once had pockets.
Victorian bathing dresses sometimes included pockets… because women weren’t expected to actually swim. Just stroll and look “appropriate.” I love a good a pocket but not in a swimsuit 🤣

✨The 1940s pin-up era changed beach photography forever. Those iconic high-waisted suits made women feel glamorous, strong, and shapely — a celebration of curves long before body positivity had a name.

✨Swimwear mirrors culture more than any other fashion. From liberation movements to new fabrics to beach body myths — swimsuits have always reflected how society views women’s freedom and confidence.
