Hartlepool Today, showing that once again they are behind with the times. (To be fair, at least it's not way back in 10,000 bc like the rest of their opinions)
Seems like a dig at utilita, when in actual fact if they wanted to talk about it, they would have realised that almost all countries governments are taking a hit at the energy costs, whereas ours is letting us languish, that's the real truth to this matter.
