Satellite repair from this week. Customer receives 3 satellites on one Triax dish ( Hotbird @ 13E, Astra 1 @ 19.2 E & Astra 3 @ 23.5E) but since new roof fitted two of the satellites did not work. New Triax multi-bracket with 3 Technomate Ultra LNB’s & DiSEqC 4-way switch fitted.

Aerial repair from this week, water in the cable causing signal issues. New Blake mini-log installed with new cable and 3-way internal splitter. Signals then tested at the three tv points, now working perfectly.

Humax Aura owners across the UK are experiencing picture freezing and missing channels. The problem is also causing blank screens and disrupted audio. This is affecting both live tv and recordings. Humax are aware of a possible software issue and are working on a solution.
