***If you have re-tuned your TV and are still not picking up any Freeview channels, service will return on 28th of August at the earliest.***

We can get your signal back by upgrading your aerial. You will not need additional works once the transmitter is repaired.

There is continued disruption to services in North East England due to a fire at Bilsdale transmitter.

Bilsdale transmitter will be back up and running, we can get your Freeview back on in the meantime if you live in these areas :

Virgin Internet and land-line phone cable repair number 3 for this week! If you are doing the garden please be aware if you have Virgin Internet or phone line the main cable is usually only around 6 to 9 inches under the surface with a green plastic Kopex tube around it which is not mini-digger/shovel proof 👍😉

New digital aerial supplied and installed today. All work arranged over the phone and carried out from outside the customers house. Payment made by bank transfer.

*Corona virus update * We are still working! I have been to customers in Middlesbrough and Norton today to carry out repairs. One had an old aerial which had came down on the roof and was rattling in the wind. Really annoying if your trying to get some sleep! Removed and replaced from outside. Paid by bank transfer. *no contact needed* The other wast a failed roof amp which was also repaired with no contact. Please call to discuss your needs and we will accommodate you.

*Corona virus update*
As a customer facing business in which we visit customers homes on a daily basis, usually multiple customers in a day we are unable to continue our work at this time. Anyone having trouble with TV reception, Internet or cctv please call and I will do my utmost to help over the phone with any advice I can give. Please stay at home, help our NHS and other essential services cope with this emergency and we'll all be back in the pub before you know it 😃
