4 Days that has changed everything.
I have returned home yesterday from Vivienne Joys She Evolves Mindset Retreat — four nights in the most special place, with 10 incredible women who became so much more than they will know. Together we held a safe space for each other, a space where walls came down, emotions poured out, and deep shifts happened.
There were tears. There was lots of laughter, huge belly laughs ( which was a few at my expense 🤣)
There was healing and there was clarity.
For me, being vulnerable meant facing some truths I’ve been carrying for years, fears of rejection (in life and business), the belief that I wasn’t good enough, and a lack of self-belief that kept me playing smaller than I was meant to. Not fulfilling my life’s purpose, the one that I’ve been through so many traumas to get too. To make the impact I need.
But here’s the breakthrough… I finally know I am enough. More than enough.
This retreat has cracked something wide open for me. I now feel aligned with my soul purpose and it’s bringing some big changes ahead for me and my business.
Sometimes we need to step away from the noise, surround ourselves with the right people, and give ourselves permission to feel it all in order to find clarity. Plus you have to be ready and want to change.
That’s exactly what happened. I’m now ready.
