Tree Tunnel documentary 'The America Ground' has been officially selected for this year's Hastings Rocks International Film Festival!

The film explores a quirky legend from the history of Hastings, the truth of the tale and the relevance to the town today.

Screening is on 11th of April at 5-7pm at the Printworks venue, tickets available at https://filmfreeway.com/HastingsRocks/tickets

Excited to announce that our experimental collaborative animation for Hastings Museum & Art Gallery is in Hastings Rocks Film Festival's Official Selection.

This is our first festival outing, so wish us luck! The festival takes place over the weekend of 22nd-24th of April - screening details tbc but we'll let you know :-)

And a HUGE thank you again to everyone who took part in this slightly bonkers but extremely fun and creative project! You're the best!

Tree Tunnels are incredibly inspiring to me - I named my business after them because I always associated them with magic and beauty.

This image was taken at the 'Tunnel of Love,' which is located near the town of Klevan, in Ukraine.

I have of course been incredibly saddened by the stories coming from Ukraine since the start of this crisis. But I look at this image and I can't help but smile.

I can't say anything about the situation there that won't sound trite, but I still intend to visit one day to see this magical spot, when you have endured this aggression and healed from the trauma.

After a frenetic few days here at Tree Tunnel Towers, our Community Animation for Hastings Museum & Art Gallery is finished! View it below, and our top tip is it's really fun pausing at random points to see the hidden details throughout the film!

A massive thank you to everyone who took part and proved what an amazingly creative place the town of Hastings & St Leonards continues to be!

The project is not over however, as we are now planning a book and exhibition for 2022 so do follow us for updates!

Friends! Elf Mark has been working his pointy socks off helping me finish up our community animation project for Hastings Museum & Art Gallery and it's a busy time of year for him (something about the weekend, I don't know, I think he's making up excuses) but he needs your help!

We are compiling the animation this week, and have just a few frames now needing completing - if you've received one and not returned, or want to do a second, or even join in now and decorate one of the remaining images, we've got till just Tuesday evening for the final push!
