Tonight we gave Never by Rick Astley ⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of a possible 5! The general thought was that the 1st half was enjoyable but then it became a bit repetitive. There was a good smattering of 80's nostalgia however, you won't find any behind the scenes bad behaviour or kiss and tell because Rick is just too lovely! 🤩

Afternoon all, sorry to disturb your Sunday. I have a question regarding the next read (Sept-Oct) and I'd appreciate your thoughts so I can make a decision.
I've found a book which sounds fun. It is available via kindle/audio at minimal cost or free. However, paperback whether new or used, seems to be full price (£9.99). As a rule, I prefer to choose reads that are widely available at competitive prices in all formats/condition. Amazon, Waterstones and eBay are the only retailers I can find at the moment. Please let me know your thoughts before next weekend so I have chance to plan accordingly.
Secondly, I'd like to build a list of books you recommend or would like to read, all genres/authors welcome, so please let me know when you can and I will endeavour to include as many of them in our future reads. I forget to ask on a Wednesday and I know how tricky it is to think of one on the spot too! 😆
Thank you all for your lovely support 🤩Stella🤩

So, our latest book The Women Could Fly by Megan Giddins struggled to get us off the ground and only achieved ⭐️⭐️ out of a possible 5! Most of us agreed that some parts were 'muddled' and 'unbelievable'. We all agreed that even though it had a dystopian feel with witches and magic it wasn't consistent or convincing enough to be believable.
Pop back tomorrow morning to find out our next read!! 🤩
