The World Bank Group's (WBG)’s Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) has agreed to provide initial of $495m for distributed (DRE) being developed by CrossBoundary Energy (CBE).

The implications of USAID and other targets of 's government being fed “into the wood chipper”, as Elon Musk put it in February, are profound for Washington’s relations with African governments and its in the continent.

Some important programmes could yet be rescued from the wreckage.
