🚨 Important Customer Update Regarding Subscription Renewals 🚨

We want to give you a full heads-up that we are currently experiencing a frustrating technical glitch involving Shopify, Stripe, and Bold Subscriptions communicating with each other. This issue started a couple of days ago and is affecting how subscription renewal confirmations are being processed.

As a result, many of you are receiving emails stating that your subscription renewal payment has not been collected.

• Some of these emails are correct, and payment failed.
• Crucially, many others are incorrect, your subscription has successfully renewed and payment has been collected - you may still get the payment failure emails.
• The system is also sending these emails four times (on four consecutive days) regardless of the actual payment status.

We've spent many hours in online chats with all three service providers. While both Stripe and Bold were initially blamed by Shopify, the investigation has now circled back to Shopify needing to investigate a deeper issue within their own system.

What We Need You To Do Right Now:

If you are due for renewal and receive one of these payment failure emails:
1. Please check your bank account or card statement first.
2. If the money has been taken: Please ignore the renewal failure emails being sent. We assure you, this is 100% NOT a scam. Your subscription is active.
3. If the money has NOT been taken: Please log into your Pro Mobile account and update your card details. The system will then attempt your subscription renewal the next day. Be prepared that you may still receive the 4 consecutive alert emails after you update, please just ignore them.

We sincerely apologise for the confusion this is causing.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while Shopify sorts their system out. We will keep you updated!

Washburn is a proud Korean American Adoptee and a passionate superhero fan nerd that loves Céline Dion, Korean BBQ, Comic Cons, Golden Retrievers and when his cats nap on his chest. DJ wise, he’s a globally known DJ in the mobile and club scenes as has worked with companies such as Disney World, Disneyland, Tao Group, Caesar’s and MGM, and has performed in many illustrious venues across the United States. He’s been one of the most popular presenters at DJ conferences over the past few years and is seen as an industry leader in the DJ world. His mobile DJ company is out of Ithaca NY and has been associated with artists such as Flo Rida, Nelly, Ludacris, and Blake Shelton.
