What a privilege to welcome Katharina Hartmuth to Feet First, following her record-setting completion of the Bob Graham Round in July.

The Bob Graham links 42 Lake District peaks over the course of approximately 100k. Taking in 8000+ metres of elevation along the way, for many people it's the achievement of a lifetime to run a sub-24 BGR.

Katharina's time of 14:11 took over 20 minutes off the previous record, set by Beth Pascall in 2020.

Tune into the latest episode of Feet First wherever you get your podcasts to hear the full conversation with Katharina.

Feet First is celebrating its 100th episode, and you’re invited!

Join host Ed Scott on 5th September for a live UTMB debrief with five special guests from Elite Trail Team, the UK’s leading ultra-trail collective. One week on from the global summit of ultrarunning in Chamonix, we'll hear tales from the race first-hand from the athletes taking part.

Taking place in Wendover, the heart of the south east trail running, there’ll be an optional 10km group run in the iconic Wendover Woods before the main event kicks off at 6pm, followed by a pizza party and social.

Head to the website and click on the "Live" tab to book your tickets!
