Fantastic to welcome Kim Collison back to Feet First to discuss his recent Lakes, Meres, and Waters FKT.

This ~100-mile route links all the major bodies of water in the Lake District, taking in around 20,000ft of climbing along the way. The previous record, set by the legendary Joss Naylor, had stood for almost 43 years until Kim's attempt earlier this month.

The results of the inaugural Dot Watcher Derby are in!

This challenge involved predicting the winning times and top three finishers at this past weekend's UTS 100k.

Congrats to Emka Maka for scoring the highest - only 20 minutes off the winning women's time and FIVE minutes off the men's time!

Congrats also go to and for being the only players to correctly predict a full podium, in this case the men' race. The withdrawal of firm favourite Elsey Davis meant the women's podium scores were lower across the board.

Full results can be viewed on the Feet First website.

Truly awesome to hear from Natalie Taylor all about her incredible new Dragon's Back FKT experience.

Stretching 380km from North to South Wales and taking in some of the toughest climbs and roughest ground to be found anywhere in the UK, the Dragon's Back route has a fearsome reputation for a reason.

Natalie sliced an incredible 27 hours off the previous record, set by previous RD Shane Ohly in 2024, reaching Cardiff Castle 75 hours and 38 minutes after departing from Conwy.

The final installment of our UTS pre-race coverage, and we're focusing on the Eryri 25k, the only sub-ultra race taking place this weekend.

In both the men's and women's fields there's some exciting young talent coming through, as well as decent representation from the road scene.

The return of course record holder Kris Jones means the men's race in particular looks set to be fast. No doubt there'll be plenty of athletes looking to chase him down.
