Good afternoon, Beer Today followers! I'll be honest. This is something of an appeal. Beer Today doesn't pay its way. It relies on a couple of dozen or so Patreon supporters, and that's nowhere near enough to keep the site going, let alone develop it in the way I want to, without subsidising it heavily, which I can no longer do. I love doing the daily updates - and when I say daily, I literally mean daily, news, event listings, beer notes, directory listings - but the time has come to consider its future. There are several layers of Patreon support, but if everyone who engaged with the site went for the lowest "Keep up the good work" individual subscription of £1.50 a month, the site's future would be secured.
