It’s always fun working with kitchen teams. I think an often overlooked skill is making people feel relaxed and at ease on camera. For many people it’s their first time and it can be quite daunting. Having worked with a large number of different people from all different sectors, it’s a skill that I like to think we’ve achieved.
Over the past 2 years with the social media content that we created, we try and include bloopers and mistakes to help highlight the human side of things, and make the whole video feel less staged. The objective is to make the content more relatable to the viewer and less ‘salesy’
