Hello everyone. I've decided to provide a group session to meditate and then lift your vibration. It will be by invite only and it will be completely free of charge. If you'd like to join me and you're not familiar with Zoom please go on it and create an account and see how it works. Once I've decided exactly how I'm going to do this I will send details.The session will be short, probably about 30 minutes in total. You will be able to see the other members of the group on the screen but you can switch your cameras off if you wish.

I'm trying to find something positive to say about December and winter in general (which I don't much like as I can't stand being cold and I miss the sunshine like crazy). But last week I met up with a friend and we were very amused by her Christmas drink. That little gingerbread man didn't survive, I'm afraid she ate the cute little fella. Mine was a minty blue (chocolate mint latte made with coconut milk and no gluten, sugar or cows milk because I have bad food sensitivities). I found something that made me smile despite the cold. Yayyyy!!! 💚🎉☕️
But yeah...roll on spring! 😂🌼🌷🌸
