Hello Guys!

It’s been a ‘Hot’ minute hasn’t it?

So because I have been unsocial since January, happy new year, happy V day, happy spring equinox and finally happy Easter!

Now that out the way, I do hope that this post finds you all well, safe and happy.

At Tess Talks (formally le vie est belle), when I created this platform back in June 2020, it was on the back of my hard work and drive to become a life coach. However, as it always happens, people grow and learn everyday.

Since January, I have taken a step back from everything, to get myself back in shape and on form.

I have appreciated each and everyone of you that have supported my dream and vision to make people happy.

I will be going Live tomorrow to check in with you all and update you on things that are in the pipeline, including my collaborations with others.

Evening all!

Happy new year! I hope that this year brings an abundance of beauty and happiness to you.

Last year, I was journaling a lot to gain clarity on how my mind thinks. I know a lot of people struggle to journal for whatever reason. In light of this, I am going to give you daily journal prompt’s for you to use to have an intentional journal experiance.

Happiest of Birthdays to you today.
Today will be a day of tradition, presents, a duck n pancakes, Christmas songs and we now put up our tree's for Christmas! ( yes more than one)

I hope you have a great day filled with laughter, after all, you will always remember when i made you laugh. ( which is everyday you lucky thing!)

Here we are guys! - Happy Sunday.

This will be the final Sunday story from Tess Talks of 2021!

This journey was started in the 2nd week of January 2021 and what a journey it has been. Not just physically, but also mentally.

These are the final numbers for 2021.
Dress size from 20/22 to 14/16 - total of 4 dress sizes dropped
Weight from 16 St 8lbs - 13 St 11lbs - Total loss 2 St 11lbs or 17.7kg

I wanted tot take this opportunity to also thank each and every one of you who has followed my journey, sent me a message of encouragement, liked my posts or just basically told me to keep going.
For anyone who ever needs a reason to start a journey, no matter what it is or where it will take you, remember to document it. It will always make you see how far you have come and when you feel like giving up, you will get a surge to keep going.

Trust yourself, trust the process and love yourself daily.

It’s here! My last charity event of the season!

This year I made a deal with myself that I would support and aid three charity events this year.

My last one is for Mind Mentalhealth.

Mind is a close charity to my heart as I have had a personal experience with them. The work that they do is unreal!

I am taking part in ‘Stream for mind’ this is an online event.
This is a live stream from all social media platforms between 1- 23 hours. There will be a just giving page on the day of this event so we can raise funds for this wonderful cause.
Date to be confirmed. Looking forward to seeing you all there! 💛
