https://musically.com/2025/11/12/50000-ai-music-tracks-are-now-uploaded-to-deezer-every-day/ When tested, 95% of people in the UK can't distinguish music generated by AI from real human music but, in Deezer's survey, "45% said they’d like it filtered out of their streaming service, and 40% said they would skip it without listening “if they came across it”." 70% of respondents agreed that fully AI-generated music “threatens the livelihood of current and future artists / musicians / composers”, Support live music and buy direct from the musicians!

Deezer says that roughly 50,000 fully AI-generated tracks are now uploaded every day, accounting for 34% of all music delivered to it.

Music in Allendale has been arranging performances of classical music at the town's wonderful St Cuthbert's Church for many years. In today's episode, I join the committee at one of its regular scheduling meetings to chat to guiding light Noel Broome about the group's history and ambitions, and to hear from other committee members about how they arrange the events and lay on a feast of a supper for all who attend. The episode features extracts from the exciting performance by the Silja Trio in St Cuthbert's in September this year. Live classical music is a treat for the ears and not to be missed!
