So, during All Points East on Saturday, BOTH my camera bodies locked up and displayed Error 30.. luckily a wonderful friend leant me her spare body so I could shoot the headliners!!

However, do I try to get them repaired, or do I replace… one is an EOS90D which I’ve had for 3 years from new, and an EOS80D that I bought second hand 4 years ago.. I am shooting gigs and festivals constantly, so the shutter depressions will be very high on both…

It may be dust causing the issues, the air was full of it at the weekend, or it could be that the shutters have simply reached the end of their life… I have three gigs and two festivals rapidly approaching, so need to do something quick..

Any advice or suggestions very gratefully received….
