A few snaps from our visit to earlier this year.

This place is the idyllic combination of nature, peace, quiet and gourmet food.

Chef cooks up a storm with local and seasonal ingredients. When I say local, I mean some of it is growing less than 15 meters from the kitchen.

We love capturing images like this for incredible places that are creating something truly memorable for their customers.

If you’re looking for photos or videos of your hospitality, food or drink business, then slide into our DMs, we want to talk.

Do you always buy the same cut of meat?

Introducing Andrew Knowles, the farmer behind British Wagyu at Trenchmore Farm, talking on an episode of the Fork This podcast about the different cuts, and why you might want to try the Wagyu cross Flat Iron and Denver cuts.

If you love quality steaks, and the great farms/farmers that make them, you'll want to watch the full episode and hear about the energy, time and care that goes in to making such a wonderful product whilst focusing on the latest regenerative farming techniques.

Plus, Christopher Bruno cooked a beef cheek for Andrew to taste, and we paired it with our previous guest, Leonardslee Family Vineyards' Brut Reserve.

You'll have to tune in to see if Andrew approved.

Some steaks just hit differently.

And that’s the case at , where their Spanish influenced tapas and Argentinian steaks come together to make one hell of a meal.

If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out.

This is a pic from a recent photoshoot, but we also eat there on a regular basis. It’s too good not too.
