Most people focus on the goal.
Very few focus on becoming the person capable of achieving it. Only because we’ve never been shown how. Thankfully through all my study it’s encouraged me
Every day I spend a few minutes journaling:
✔️ 1 manifestation goal
✔️ 1 visualisation
✔️ 1 affirmation
✔️ My priorities for the day
✔️ Evening reflection
Not because writing things down magically changes my life.
Because it creates awareness.
It stops my days blurring into weeks.
It keeps me accountable.
It shows me where I’m making progress and where I’m making excuses.
One line from today’s reading stood out:
“If a story is holding you back, then you are not in control the ego is.”
The stories we tell ourselves are often the very things keeping us stuck.
“I’m too old.”
“I’m not ready.”
“I don’t have enough time.”
“What if I fail?”
At some point, you have to stop identifying with the story and start identifying with your actions.
The future version of you isn’t created by motivation.
It’s created by the small things you do consistently when nobody is watching.
What is one habit you’ve committed to that has genuinely changed your life?
