You might have seen, but sadly we're saying goodbye to the amazing Philly 😢

She’s been such a massive part of The Bug Club family over the past three years, and we honestly don’t know how we’ll manage without her!

Over the years, Philly has been our go-to for everything behind the scenes, juggling events, keeping us organised, supporting clients, and always ready to help out wherever needed.

We've had so many great times together. We'll never forget the Confex DISCO - the things we do to stay buzzing at the Excel.

Philly, thank you for all your hard work and your laughs.

You’ve made such a difference here, and we’re so proud of you as you head off to chase your acting dreams in London. We know you’re going to smash it!

We’ll miss you loads, but can’t wait to see you shining!

From the London Marathon to supporting Jade’s album launch at Angel of the North, 2025 has for sure been our biggest and best year yet.

This year alone we’ve:

Our supersized bug has gotten a disco glow-up, just in time for Christmas party season! 🪩

It's been wrapped in super shiny (super expensive, lol) mirror ball effect. All totally worth it though.

We're still keeping the hatch panel and lightbox available for unique client branding, so it can be totally personalised for your event.

We decided to use it as the "wow factor" bling magnet of our fleet of VW DJ vans.

Who said brand activations are just for humans? 🐾 Not us and not DJ Fat Tony.

When the brilliant team at Marleybones dog dining (purveyors of very fancy dog food) asked if we could wrap one of our VW DJ Van Bugs, and pop up in the streets of Covent Garden… well, as a company obsessed with dogs, it was an instant YES from us.

From the first concept sketch to the final branded Bug rolling into the piazza, we worked side-by-side with Marleybones to bring a four-legged fantasy to life.

It might be one of our favourite activations ever.

Picture this…

✨ A beautifully wrapped Bug

🎧 Legendary dog-loving DJ Fat Tony behind the decks
🐩 A VIP guestlist of groomed hounds + their owners
🎄 Festive shoppers stopping to stare and take photos for socials
🍖 Doggy advent calendars flying off the shelves

The vibe was Sunday and festive, with a soundtrack curated by Fat Tony himself at Batch LDN, perfectly paired with the outrageously good margaritas from Pimentae (Grapefruit = elite tier. Shoutout Alice.)

But what made this activation special wasn’t just the music, the branding or the dogs - it was how everything came together:

🐾 A clear vision
🐾 Beautiful content for socials
🐾 A crowd that couldn’t stop smiling
🐾 Celebrity DJ and dogs. Lots of them.

Covent Garden never looked so fabulous… or so furry.

We’ve just wrapped the HUEL UK Tour, and what a ride it’s been! 🚐

From Manchester to Cardiff, we rolled in with the Bugs to bring the soundtrack to one of the coolest student tours on the circuit.

Thousands of students joined us on the tour to try Huel, get exclusive deals, and meet fellow students in their city.

The sense of community was next level.

We loved keeping the energy high from first sip to final sample being handed out.

We learnt a few things along the way on this tour:

🎧 Flexibility is everything: no two venues or crowds are the same.

⏰ Energy matters: keep the vibe alive, even during quieter moments. The ebbs and flows will happen, but the vibe has got to stay.

🔧 Good logistics = great experiences: we loved working with the Huel team. So experienced, dedicated and ready to solve any challenge.

Massive thanks to the legends at Huel and Student Beans for letting us bring the music and the mood 💚

We had a great time at Cheshire Oaks Design outlet, providing the tunes for this annual student and freshers event!
