Something wildly inappropriate your kid said.

The wobbly days.
The messy middles.
The quiet doubts.
All of it belongs here.

I’ve written about a kind neighbour
About my son moving in with his dad.
None of it was ‘marketing advice.’
And they really got people talking.

So if you’re waiting until you’re busy
Or winning awards.

You’re already interesting enough.

I’m so sorry for all the questions.

I hear this all the time from people when we talk about working together.

They apologise like they’re bothering me.

But…It’s the quiet ones that make me nervous.

Those clients who just nod along without asking anything.

I can’t help you properly if I don’t know what matters to you.

When someone asks how we’ll measure success, what happens if plans change, or how we’ll stay in touch - that’s not being difficult.

That’s being smart about your business.

I actually do a little happy dance when clients aren’t afraid to ask ‘too many’ questions.

Those questions help me deliver exactly what they need, not what I think they might want.

So if you’ve been holding back because you don’t want to seem demanding, please stop!

Your questions aren’t a burden - they’re the foundation of great work.
