This was no ordinary film company – it was by far and away the richest British film business of its time, who saw in the new medium an opportunity to reach out to new markets. BM&BC meant not only film projection, but the Mutoscope viewer and other, smaller flick-card viewers designed for the home. BM&BC had a vision for

the expansion of the moving image that was decades ahead of the competition. Now, it is back and in the UK for the 21st century.
