This property on Roby Road was given planning permission for " refurbishment and internal alterations of existing care home to provide 16 one bedroom self contained apartments"

The planning application number is 24/00140/FUL

The property is owned by Henley Secure Income Property Managing Trustee Limited and they're based in Jersey.

The people who own that company though. are not shown on the Companies House database. I was wondering why would that information would be kept private.

A new beach, a new park and a new pool will be key parts of a new vision for Liverpool's historic waterfront.

On Tuesday, City Council revealed its landmark plans to transform the famous waterfront of the city as part of a mission to "reclaim the banks of the Mersey for the people", with a focus on "public life, sustainability and connectivity" along the water's edge.

Council have rejected plans for an access road that will affect the plan by Council to build 350 homes in .

Halton Council had already rubber-stamped an application by Taylor Wimpey for 350 homes off Chapel Lane in Cronton, Widnes.

But the rejection of the access road has now put Halton Council’s plan in jeopardy.

Knowsley Councillor Jayne Lonergan said: “I’ve listened to residents. I’ve listened to councillors who’ve made the point about the excessive speeds on Chapel Lane, and seen it myself. It’s very much narrower than I initially thought.

Cllr Lonergan then proposed a motion for the planning committee to reject the application, which was passed with a majority vote, followed by cheers and applause from the public gallery.
