To every Caesarean mom: your strength is incredible. Healing from major surgery while caring for a tiny human is no small feat. Be gentle with yourself, accept help when it's offered, and remember that your love is measured not by how much you can do, but by the care you give every single day.

You are healing. You are nurturing. You are enough.
