The people most likely to buy from you aren’t watching your every move.

They miss posts.

They skim emails.

They get distracted and forget to come back.

So promoting your offer more than once doesn’t make you annoying.

It gives the right person another chance to see it at the right time.

Stop marketing as though everyone is paying close attention.

They’re not.

If the fear of being “too much” is costing you visibility and sales, DM me COACH and let's chat.

The hills:

1. Your marketing will go as far your business. If you don’t have a rough idea of where you want your business to go, what offers you are promoting and how they’ll help you achieve you overarching goal, no amount of trends will help you get there.

2. Your business is an expression of you, so bringing more of your opinions, philosophies and spark on your page will help you connect with your audience on a much deeper level (and trust built in time=sales)

3. If you just have a strategy, it will feel stiff and unaligned. If you just post what you feel, you’re trying to grow a business based on vibes only.

A content strategy has to include both a strategy and self-expression.

Save this and share it with a fellow businesses owner who need to hear this ✌🏻

And follow me .by.adm for more simple ways to grow your business using both strategy and self-expression ❤️

If you have 196529 ideas saved but none gets to see the light of day (or IG in this case) you may be a recovering overthinker.

If you want to speed up the process of creating content, after establishing your goals take the ideas you have saved in your notes app and ask Claude to extract the ones that would naturally be asked by your ideal client in relation to your offer.

Then just put those in a google doc and start writing ✍️

That’s the fastest way to cure that sneaky analysis paralysis ✨

A girl’s night out, reinvented 👯‍♀️

If you run a business the thought of mixing business and pleasure probably crossed your mind once or twice.

Unplugging from work is 1000% needed, especially in the busy, grinding era we live in.

But you can turn a day out in a fun content shoot without taking away the essence of the experience.

And, celebrating your wins with your people, is actually pretty cool ❤️

It’s so easy to fall doen the rabbit hole of not doing enough or being enough, so intentioanlly reminding yourself of everything you’ve accomplished makes a huge difference! ✨

Content creation becomes so much harder when you’re trying to follow every framework you’ve ever learned at once.

Sometimes, you don’t need another content system.

You just need to know what your business is trying to achieve, what you’re selling and which problems your offer solves.

That’s your starting point.

The dishes can wait 😂

Day 7 of building your content strategy and final day of the series.

Today we are talking about creating the types of content that you should be posting to grow and sell on social media, so let’s see if I can keep it under 60 seconds.

So far we covered your why, getting to know your ideal client and the topics you’ll be covering.

Now let’s discuss the shape of your content that takes your audience through the customer journey.

First we have growth content: this is designed to get eyeballs on your page.

These can be: comparisons such as this vs that, ranking videos, tips, tricks & hacks, do’s and don’ts in your niche, industry updates.

Then you have nurture content. This is designed to build a connection with your audience.

Here we have storytelling videos about how you started, before and after from your lived experience or your client results, red flags in your industry, more personal content such as hobbies, podcasts and life updates that give the audience a preview of how you operate, how to videos and hot takes.

Then we have conversion content. This is designed to overcome objections they may have before buying.

These can be case studies, limited time offers or bonuses, testimonials, myth busting.

Now you can take your pillar or questions through the lens of each and create content about the offer you’re promoting for the next 30 days.

Make sure to save this so you can come back to it and follow for more marketing and business strategy tips.

Day 6 of building your content strategy.

Today we are talking about creating the strategy based on your business goal, so let’s see if I can keep it under 60 seconds.

If you’re thinking we’re creating the content in this one you’d be wrong.

But the juicy part is, now you’ll know how to choose the content that supports your business.

Step 1, pick an offer you want to promote in the next 30 days.

Step 2, go back to your research spreadsheet. Pick the keywords or pillars.

Think of the ones that best highlight where your audience is and where they want to go so your offer can be positioned as the natural next step.

Step 3, pick the channels you’re using to promote your business and draft the main ideas you’ll be covering as well as the questions you’ll be addressing.

Step 4, take the keywords or pillars and go to Instagram or Tik Tok to research what content is currently performing in your niche and save them in doc or spreadsheet.

Make a note of the hooks, topics and formats they use. These are their top-performing posts, so there’s a reason they worked.

That’s your task for day 6. Make sure to tune in tomorrow for the final episode. In this one we’ll finally be creating the content.

24/08/2026

Day 5 of building your content strategy.

If you’re thinking customer journeys are about getting people to buy, you’d only be half right.

At first our products didn’t even make the list.

In reality, a customer starts their journey internally when they feel dissatisfied with their current reality.

They start googling their symptoms in hope to find an answer.

After a few searches, they start finding possible solutions.

At this point, they’re still not ready to buy.

If you look at the research spreadsheet from 2 days ago, you’ll see that the questions you saved give you insight of where they are on their journey.

That’s just based on how they ask the questions.

Make note of them and think which of your offers would naturally answer those questions.

Is it your entry offer? Your best-selling product? Or your top tier service?

Make a note of them and come back tomorrow so we can turn them into an actual monthly strategy for your business.

23/08/2026

Day 4 of building your content strategy.

Yesterday it was all about market research and getting to know your ideal client.

But here’s what most people don’t realize..
We need to look over the questions again and analyze the patterns.

What questions are being asked repeatedly?

Which problems are people talking about again and again?

Technically, those keywords in themselves could be your content pillars.

But practically the questions you saved underneath them give you direction for your content.

Let’s take coffee brewing methods as an example. People may want to learn more about different ways they can brew coffee.

But the recurring questions are about brewing better coffee and looking for tips.

Now tips for brewing better coffee at home becomes your pillar.

Set a timer for 30 minutes and find those patterns in your own niche.

That’s your task for day 4.

And if you’re thinking ok but what how do I use these for content? make sure to tune in tomorrow because we’re covering the customer journey.
