Good morning its a glorious one for the Best Day of the Week show at 2pm on Suffolk Sound. Welcome to all my new followers, thank you for joining these elite band of reprobates! My PC in studio 3 had a turn yesterday and has had an upgrade. Its not quite there yet so today my show will be coming live from studio 4. All the normal nonsense on the show today with Battle of the Barbers. Also I would love YOUR advice for your local council.
Can you give me an idea or two on how your local area can be improved?
THINK POSITIVE. THINK IMPROVEMENT.
And I'll be chatting to Charlie Partridge who is putting on a very special golf challenge in Suffolk tomorrow for Cancer Research.

Battle of the Barbers, Your Sunday Horoscopes with Stargazing, whats on at Suffolks theatres with Ruby Shoes Podcast, the Posh Bit, Sing Out Loud and, drum roll, the Sunday Superstars this week are Creedence Clearwater Revival. All of this packaged up with one of the most modest old time DJ's. What's not to like?
