This week, students from across the UK joined us at our annual Grad & Intern Launch Event, getting an exclusive preview of life at Sky ahead of the official launch next week.

They explored our programmes, connected with teams across the business, learned how sustainability feeds into everything we do, and heard from current & former grads who are now shaping the future of finance, tech, and beyond.

One of our favourite moments? Emmy, a former intern turned grad, hosted the event. A brilliant example of how, within Sky, careers can grow and evolve.

Our grads were out in full force at Sky Central today, bagging iconic props and prizes from the final season of Brassic! From Barbour coats to River Island gems, they scored some serious style steals all for a good cause. 💸👗🧥

It’s not every day you get to cop costume pieces from a hit show and raise money for charity.

Big welcome to our newest grads and apprentices! 👋

This week, we kicked off the journey for over 160 new joiners across 17 programmes in Technology, Product, Data, Corporate, Customer, and Content.

More than 100 of them during the three days at Sky Central, got stuck into all things Sky, meeting colleagues, hearing from alumni, exploring AI, and discovering what makes our culture so special.

We were also joined by Nick Herm, Sky’s Group Chief Operating Officer, who shared his wisdom and encouragement with the future talent of Sky. A brilliant reminder of the impact our people can make when they bring their curiosity, creativity and passion to work.

We can’t wait to see what they’ll achieve here at Sky 💙
