Beat Box Productions Original compositions, productions and CDs for primary schools and children of all ages! The Beat Box are Laura Hodge and Kevin Guthrie.

Kev and Laura met at Beath High School where they both studied music, Kev focussing on drums and percussion while Laura played piano and studied singing. Laura went on to study for a B.Ed in Music and Kevin chose to focus on historical studies. Almost 20 years later they joined forces again pulling together their different talents to create music education company, The Beat Box!

Here it is. Our love song for Scotland, and the song that will see them reach the next stage in The World Cup 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😉

We are very proud of this. We love hearing the kids perform this song as part of Haste Ye Back, but we wanted a ‘grown up’ version, so took it to Liam at Loopmaniac Studios and boy did he work his magic! We also need a huge shout out to P5 at Touch Primary in Dunfermline who feature later on in the track.

We’d love to hear your feedback, and also for as many of you as possible to share it far and wide!

We could not be prouder of this bunch. What a way to kick start our June P7 marathon! East Wemyss does it again and smashes it out the park with this awesome group of youngsters. The enthusiasm, energy, courage, fun and confidence on show yesterday was just brilliant.

Good luck at high school boys and girls, we know you’ll all be awesome!
