Rising High Discos provides professional mobile discos for weddings, birthdays and corporate events I can also supply a wireless radio mic for speeches.

Rising High Discos runs a professional, reliable and friendly mobile disco company for weddings, birthdays and corporate events and other occasions. At Rising High Discos, when you book, it will be myself who will be Djing at your party and no one else unless specified at the beginning of the booking. At Rising High, I know that all parties are unique and in most cases will be a special event in

your life for one reason or another. For this reason, I will talk to you in about what your expectations are in terms of your music preferences and other services you may want to hire me for ibncluding lighting etc. I welcome pre requested playlists as well as requests on the day of your party. This will give you confidence in me that I will turn up and play the music you and your guests are going to enjoy. I also offer a free consultation meeting at a place of your convenience to meet you on a one to one basis to discuss musical preferences and answer any queries you may have as well as giving helpful advise if needed. At Rising High Discos I have a variety of small and large shows to fit in with the style and size of venues I play at which you can look through on my photos section. These set ups include a professional PA system and modern stylish led effects including moving heads, scanners and lasers which create a fantastic atmosphere to any party. Other services I offer are :

All day wedding packages where I can play music during your wedding breakfast or provide a PA ystem for you to do this to play via your ipod or any other source you may have. Uplighting (in colours to suit your colour schemes). LED starlit dance floors (subject to availability). Confetti cannons (subject to vailability). Personalised gobos with your company name on if the party is for a corporate event or the names of the bride and groom if its for a wedding. Please ask for more details. All of the equipment I use is PAT tested and I have up to £5 million PLI insurance which is required by a lot of venues. We were out last night providing our Dj services for Jim & Victorias wedding last night at a lovely intimate little venue in Buntingford called Peppermill Bar & Kitchen.

Was a fantastic night with lots of 70s / 80s soul & disco as well as lots of 90s / 00s club anthems with a touch of Rnb.

Rising High Discos had the pleasure providing our Dj services for Becks and Gina’s wedding reception last night at the Broadway Hotel Letchworth in the beautiful ballroom. It was a fantastic night with people dancing from the off.

They also had a sax player who was fantastic so a big up to ‘Dom The Sax’.

Beck’s & Gina are a lovely couple and we wish them all the happiness in the future ❤️🎶💃💃

That’s a wrap then ….. all the Christmas parties of 2023 completed last night at our residency in Moorgate. It’s been an absolute blast with some great parties and we love the staff down there that we work alongside from the events teams as well as the waiters / waitresses and team leaders.

Fingers crossed we’ll be back again next Christmas 🎅 🎄🎶🙌.

Great to be back down at our residency for the last 3 Christmas parties of the year. Small group of 50 last night but we had a great time playing loads of genres from cheese to garage etc 🎶🕺💃🎄🎅🥳🙌

Another week of Christmas parties completed at our residency One Moorgate Place finishing off with a change of scenery at the Broadway Hotel Letchworth for another Christmas party alongside the wonderful singer Uke.

Back to One Moorgate Place next week for our last three events before we take a well deserved rest over the Christmas period 🎶🕺💃🥳🎅🙌🎄

Back at our venue last night for the first of three events this week. Last night was a little different to the norm as was a standing event with our venue show casing their wonderful new bar. Loads of dancing and loads of genres covered last night from chart, R’n’B, hip hop, house and cheese 🎶💃🕺🙌

This year I’ve taken a step back and not done as many parties this year due to other commitments including the weekly radio shows I do on Soul Groove Radio on Tuesdays and more recently my Saturday Night Warm Up Show on Royston Radio as well as my other business.

However, I am back at my residency in London covering over 21 Christmas parties over the next few weeks so I’m sure you’ll be seeing a few more posts over the next few weeks 😬🎅🙌🎶💃🕺
