This year, we’ve shared stories, welcomed filmmakers, hosted community screenings and built new connections across Eastbourne and beyond. Whether you joined us in the cinema or supported from afar, thank you for being part of it.

We’re off for a little festive rest. In 2026, we return with the 10th Eastbourne International Film Festival and a packed programme of screenings and events. It’s going to be a good one.

🎙️ Last Wednesday, our Festival Director Domenico Della Valle joined Raph’s Film Show on Eastbourne Youth Radio, the student-run station from East Sussex College.

They talked about film, creativity and opportunities for young people in Eastbourne — the perfect mix of community and cinema.

He’ll be chatting about film in Eastbourne and across the UK, how young people can get involved in the creative industries, and what’s coming up with the Eastbourne International Film Festival.

For nearly ten years, this festival has been powered by people — the volunteers, filmmakers and audiences who’ve turned film screenings into friendships and stories into memories.
