Nothing like a impending visit to get your ass in gear and sorting out the 3rd bedroom.

This is a budget makeover with a newly plastered ceiling taking most of the cost.

I have now only a couple nights where Iā€™m here to finish this so fingers crossed and to sort my FBM finds - all costs will be revealed soon.

I still canā€™t but canā€™t believe this is the same space, because we did it ourselves and itā€™s been a SLOW process but just goes to show that it doesnā€™t happen overnight like Insta may suggest sometimes.
