Tonight is the first of our new Your Voice community meetings for Kings Forest and Hanham.

Come along to Hanham Community Centre between 6.30pm and 8.30pm to have your say, share ideas and raise any concerns about your community.

Split into three sessions including a market place of information stands, roundtable discussions and a community talk, the meeting will create an informal space for conversations between communities, us, and other key partners.

DISTRIBUTORS NEEDED

We are looking for hard-working and reliable people (13 years+) to help distribute our Hanham & Longwell Green Voice monthly newspaper, covering the following areas:

- HANHAM
- LONGWELL GREEN

Our next delivery will be the DECEMBER edition which arrives from Thursday 4th December.

Routes range from 300 to 500 copies:

This is a paid position and could suit a retired person looking to keep active or a teenager looking for pocket money.

The bridge crosses the M4 on the outskirts of Bristol. Investigations have revealed damage to the bridge which cannot be repaired long term or cost effectively.

COMMUNITY PROJECT

Happy August everyone
We are looking for some help to decorate Kingswood Park with knitted or crochet flowers 🌺 Any colour any size ( picture below for inspiration)
If you can make 1 or 50 every single donation would be greatly appreciated.
The perfect project for august as it’s portable and not too big if the weather warms up again.
