Centrespace Gallery Bristol Open Evening: Friday 25th April, 5.30 pm-7.30pm Open Daily: 11 am - 7 pm daily Our ‘green lungs’ are precious city spaces that feed our souls, soothe our anxieties, and remind us of home. This exhibition by Bristol Refugee Artists Collective (BRAC) and University of the west of England (UWE) architecture students is inspired by the Memorial Garden, a small, secretive green space near St Mary Redcliffe Church in Bristol which has a rich history but is often overlooked by passers by. There is currently a concerted effort going on to bring this space back into its former glory....

skylines and understatements Paintings & constructions Mike Rennie Exhibition runs: 28th April - 4th May 2025, Open: 11am - 5pm (Sun 11am - 3.30pm) Private View: Friday 2nd May (6pm - 10pm) I am driven by what's out there… sky/ground, night/day, order/chaos. Most of this recent work relates to my local environment in North Bradley, midway between Trowbridge and Westbury - a place of raging calm… Mike is originally from Stoke on Trent and has taught at Chester and Aberdeen schools of art before becoming Head of Foundation Art and Design at Wiltshire College Trowbridge.
