The festive Christmas edition has now been published, and we wish all our readers a Merry Christmas and peaceful New Year.

If you are looking for a News Year's resolution - how about learning a new skill, or applying your existing skills. Come and join the volunteers at the Chronicle! Do you fancying assisting one Sunday a month and help to build the pages of our Chronicle? Maybe social media is more your thing, and you think you could help increase our profile? Maybe you like a nice walk, you could combine the walk with delivering editions of the Chronicle? Do you love your words, maybe an Editorial role might suit better?

There is plenty to get stuck into, and volunteering for your community - nothing better. Drop us a message, and find out more.

The latest edition has now been published, and our army of volunteers will battle the rain to deliver your free copy.

We always need additional volunteers, whether it's delivering, helping to construct each edition or even our social media - please get in touch. No experience required, just enthusiasm.

So much good news

1. The October edition has now been published
2. The village of Little Stretton has been added to our distribution
3. There are volunteering opportunites to join at the Chronicle

Whether you fancy managerial roles, building pages of each edition at the monthly Sunday layup, publishing articles to our website, running our Social Media or delivering copies of the Chronicle to your neighbours - you can get involved.

Can you spare some time to support your local community? We desperately need to find a replacement volunteer to delivery The Kibworth & District Chronicle across East Langton Village.

Can you spare 1 hour a month, from ideally September, if not, October through to June to deliver a free copy to every household in the village.
