Question: Would people be interested in seeing my bombsite of a house and how I work on improving it? This WILL NOT be a sweet and quirky DIY set of posts. πŸ˜… It'll be a gritty, honest and pretty vulnerable set of posts about living with mental health issues, neurodivergence and a kid while trying to keep up with a household. I want anyone who is struggling to see they're not alone with that and they should not be ashamed if a chaotic/messy house is part of their symptoms. Thoughts?

I promise I haven't forgotten this is here! And I will get round to posting stuff, but I started this when the meds first kicked in and now they're wearing off I keep getting distracted. πŸ˜…
Current plans on content to upload!
1 - How did I get my Diagnosis.
2 - My first month on medication.
3 - Using the 'Right to Choose' track within the NHS.
4 - My Experience with Psychiatry UK so far.

The idea WAS to give an update on the first week on meds yesterday but instead I had a surprise hospital trip and have surgery later today! πŸ˜…
I'll get the update online as soon as I'm able.

Weirdest side effect to my new meds? The intense sneezing fits! Work zoom meetings are becoming a snotty game of Russian Roulette for my dignity and my work mates ear drums. πŸ˜…πŸ€§πŸ€§πŸ€§πŸ€§πŸ€§

Hello, What's up, Y'right? 😁Welcome to 'Feather Brained' - the most apt name I could come up with to describe me and my ADHD.

Here, I'll talk about the fun of the fair that is my life with Combined ADHD. I'll talk about the good and the bad, the process I took to get diagnosed and how my life and health change now that I'm on medication.

Bear with me while while I wrap my brain around the joy that is setting up a page. They don't like to make it simple, do they?!
