Not an advise.
Before you consider UK from 2027 please check if it is to your best interest. In previous years when thinks were relaxed people struggled, were depressed etc.
In recent times alot have changed.
Firstly, there is an increment in tuition.
Secondly post study visa gets reduced to 1year and 6monthels from 2027.
Thirdly, care visa ends or stops sponsoring come 2028.
What these means are while the pressure exists to meet up with deposit, the rest of school fees and survival.
It is a fact that the easiest pathway is care because only few gets hired after studies. Many companies requires experience, not just experience but UK experience, so only few are lucky to get hired after studies.
Only few companies are willingly to pay the minimum threshold for sponsorship, hence only care has exception to that threshold that's why it is flooded.
Is care still favourable now?
At the moment most people sponsored by care can't have their families as dependant hence we see many families struggling with that. A woman gets sponsored while her husband and children ain't.
These same care is proposed to stop sponsoring by 2028. What it entails is, when you arrive Jan 2027, by the time you finish by Jan 2028, care can't sponsor you.
Then those who were able to graduate gets 1.6years psw.
With this information, kindly plan well.
Do you intend to study and same within the 1.6years?
Is the course you are choosing now able to land you a good job? If not reconsider it now.
Do you plan to set up a business after studies? Will the business meet upto the threshold for self sponsorship?
Or is your better half hereπππππ? I hope the better half isn't someone struggling with doc too?
All the best. Plan well.
Happy new month from us at Yaska phones.
