There is a long review of Ezekiel's Chariot of YHWH Vision by Jerzy Bosowski in the Polish Journal of Biblical Research, 22, 2023, pp. 159–162, of which this is a brief extract:

The book under review is worth reading for Christians. The Book of Ezekiel is not often read. In the USA there are many pastoral commentaries to Ezekiel, but not scholarly ones. In this book the problems are treated in a scholarly way (correct, verifiable, using current literature). The author’s arguments are logical. The book of Ezekiel appeared in the Babylonian milieu about 2,500 years ago, but it was written in Hebrew. It is important and is still valid, especially (in many places) for communities which use the so-called post-Christian way of thinking.

I'm wondering if I should give up on Tiger of the Stripe. It is not making me any money, it takes up a lot of time, it complicates my tax return and, worst of all, I feel i have let down my few living authors. Perhaps I should turn over a new page.

Just like the real thing! Almost... This is one of the (slightly) more convincing scam emails. It *looks* very much like an HMRC email. However, there are a number of give-aways. For a start, the sender email address is [email protected], which is clearly wrong, secondly the link button goes to a site which has nothing to do with HMRC, and thirdly the originating IP address is in Japan (although my guess is that it was a server hacked by North Koreans criminals. Anyway, the main thing is never to click on a link in an email unless you're pretty sure that the sender is genuine.

After seeing Faith Hancock receiving a number of well-deserved 5-star reviews for her Attempting Adulthood, Tiger of the Stripe is pleased to announce that Patrick Pullicino's book, The Science of Ezekiel's Chariot of YHWH Vision, has now also received its first, very enthusiastic, 5-star review on amazon.com. The review by Petroc Willey BD, PhD, STL, PhD, Professor of Theology at the Franciscan University of Steubenville, reads as follows:

It's a rare pleasure to find an author who can authentically bridge the worlds of Scriptural scholarship and science, demonstrating points of connection and mutual interpretation. Patrick Pollicino, a Catholic priest who was a professor of neuroscience in New Jersey and then a Consultant Neurologist in Canterbury, manages this through a fascinating focus on Ezekiel's Chariot Vision, examining its meaning in the light of Mesopotamian understandings of science and cosmology.

Well done Patrick and Faith!

The chief executive of Mondelez, owner of Cadbury, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Toblerone and Maynard Bassetts, says that investors don'y care that the company continues to trade with Russia. I wonder if they will start to care if we boycott their products. I shall certainly do so – and Easter's coming up soon (31 March)!
