This was the only photo I took at our local pride on sunday. We had the best day, met up with some amazing old friends & just had a really good time. Always makes you so greatful for these moments doesn't it. Especially when youve not see each other for a while.

I've spent many years chasing a fresh start because I love change & because sometimes it feels like its going to magically fix everything. These past couple of years what ive realised is the fresh start comes from within.

The past couple of months have been really hard for me working through a few things & my mental health has really took a nose dive. There's one thing I come across alot is that because im happy and are always there for others then that means im okay. Most of the time I am ok but that isn't a green light to dump some rubbish on me & leave.

So if I can send one message out to you all today, it is to set your boundaries high and when you think they are high enough set them higher. Why because your worth it.
