"Cubana Millennium City Asaba, will be completed before December 2026."~~ Obi Cubana

Anambra born businessman, Chairman of the Cubana Group, chief Obinma Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana has revealed that his ambitious Cubana millennium City in Asaba is progressing massively and is set to be completed at least by December 2026.

The project which is strategically located along the Benin-Onitsha expressway, is designed as a master planned urban city, featuring residential estates, commercial hubs, hospitality and entertainment facilities, as well as modern infrastructure aimed at redefining luxury living and investment opportunities.

Obi cubana Expressed confidence that the project will be completed before December 2026, with significant progress already recorded.

The federal and Lagos state government of Nigeria🇳🇬 has revealed plans to build Africa’s first underwater tunnel in Lagos, running under the Lagos Lagoon.

It is expected to connect Victoria Island’s Ahmadu Bello Way to Snake Island and extend toward Badagry, linking the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway with the Sokoto-Badagry Superhighway.

The 2.9 km tunnel is expected to reduce traffic and improve transport. The project will use a Public-Private Partnership.

*My name is Harrison am from Edo State. It happened that on the 21st December 2025 , my neighbor accus€d me of ste@ling their fowl. because they have fowl poutry in thesame compound where we live. reaching that day I was at home with my mother when my neighbor Start shouting and be telling people how I steàl her fowl , I told her I wasn't the one but she keep accUsing me of st€aling the fowl, this got my mother àngryy and she started challenging the woman, woman to woman.

telling my neighbor I wasn't the one that st0le the fowl, because she didn't see anything like fowl in her house. This cause a big pr0blem between my mother and my neighbor which resulted to àrrest. Reaching that evening. My neighbor and her husband arr€sted me in nearby police station and the next day my mother bailed me out, because I'm the only child of my parents, my father is làte, is just me and my mother left struggling to survive.

*My mother trained me from secondary school to university level after I l0st my father when I was in junior secondary school. I graduated few years ago but no job for me to do, to assist my p00r mother.

* After I was bailed out, things became so t0ugh for us , to feed became so hard for me and my mother. This keep making my mother to wèèp every night because I'm the only child she had, now Iam 40years old nothing to show for it.

After two weeks my neighbors got me àrrested because of their stolèn føwl, they came to apologize to me, and meanwhile ever since then, they re no longer in talking term with my mother.

* They apologize to me and I forgive them, after two days of them apologizing to me , the wife who first accus€d me of stolèn their fowl made me an offer to k!lll my mother and they will give me naira, if I can be able to take her out of the way. Initially I didn't accept the offer, but things became so hard that we barely eat.

one day, I made up my mind to do the job so that they can pay me the money they promised me. I lûred my mother to our farmland, telling her I saw some ripe Palm fruit in our farmland, she agreed to follow me to the farm and that was how I k!llled her. After k!!llliñg her, I dismembered her b0dy into piece and stocked them inside the bag, then bur!èd it on our farmland.

*Reaching home that very day, I told my neighbors that the job is done. They said I should hold on, let them go to POS and withdraw the money out. I was at home waiting for them, not knowing that the husband and the wife has gone to call police on me, and that was how I took police men to our farmland where the incident took place. Please everyone should forgive me. I did what I did out of hunger and desperàtion. I don't want to go to pri$on🥲

Akwa Ibom Lawmakers Propose 10-Year Jail Term for Women Who Have Affairs With Married Men

The Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly is preparing to consider a bill that seeks to cr+minalise s+xual relationships involving married men and unmarried women.

The proposed legislation was revealed by lawyer Obiavel Albert Abigo in a Facebook post on Monday. According to him, the bill is sponsored by the Deputy Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Senator Akon Inyang.

The bill states that any young girl, lady, or woman who engages in a s+xual relationship with a married man would be committing an offence under state law.

If found guilty, the woman would face a mandatory 10-year prison sentence, with no option of a fine. The married man involved, however, would not face jail time but would be required to pay a ₦2 million fine.

Abigo wrote: “The bill’s content specifies that any woman found guilty of engaging in a s+xual relationship with a married man will face a mandatory 10-year prison sentence without an option of a fine.”

He added that the bill is expected to be passed into law when it comes up for consideration at the House’s plenary session on Tuesday.

The proposed law has already raised questions about fairness, enforcement, and gender balance, with many Nigerians calling for deeper debate before any final decision is made.
