Just so you know, I am not writing the Royal Rumble review in this issue. There is a very good reason for this I would rather not divulge at this time.

For years people have asked for it and finally Fin Martin has relented. The last six issues of SUPERSTARS OF WRESTLING from Jan-Jun 1994 are going to be available in yearbook form. Single issues of SOW go for big money on eBay, but now this can sit perfectly with your Power Slam yearbooks.

Before Power Slam Magazine there was Superstars Of Wrestling. And now, for the first time ever, all six issues of SOW published in 1994 (Issues 25-30) are brought together in a single volume.

This will be the ONLY SOW book released, so don't miss out!

It's time for the pre-order for our new Power Slam Yearbook 1996 Part 2.

There's so much in this one. From Hogan's heel turn at Bash at the Beach to Steve Austin's unexpected star making performance at King Of The Ring, Roddy Piper jumping ship and Bret Hart signing a TWENTY YEAR deal with the WWF. So much happened in the second half of 1996 and in this you can read all the PS issues in full as Fin Martin chronicles one of the most important periods in wrestling history.

The Power Slam Yearbook 1995 Part Two is now available. It includes Issues 13-18 of Power Slam — originally published between July and December 1995 — and a new four-page introduction written in September 2024 that delves deep into the events of June-December 1995 in pro wrestling which was a strange and frequently irritating time to follow the industry: https://insidetheropesmagazine.com/products/power-slam-yearbook-1995-part-2

Triple H was the cover star of Issue 207 of Power Slam back in October 2011. He had beaten CM Punk at Night Of Champions the previous month in their big one on one encounter.

What did you think at the time of The Game defeating Punk when most people thought Punk should have went over? Did it matter? Should Hunter have done the job?
